We have booked all non-officer travel, including hotel accommodations, round trip flights, and ground transportation between the airport and the hotel once you arrive in Orlando. Buses will be waiting for associates arriving in the following groups. A representative holding a Gables Residential sign will meet you in the baggage claim area to direct you to your bus.
South Florida
We have booked all non-officer travel, including hotel accommodations, and we are providing a chartered bus that will originate in Coral Gables and Gable Ponce, and will pick up associates at the Corporate Office in Boca Raton and at Montecito in Palm Beach Gardens. Departure and arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic.
Arizona, California, San Antonio and Seattle Associates
We have booked all hotel accommodations, but associates in these regions will need to either book their own travel or contact Sarah Quirk ([email protected]) if they need assistance. Associates booking their own travel need to send us their arrival information and we will try to arrange ground transportation between the airport and hotel. Depending on arrival times, associates may need to take a taxi or Uber ride to the hotel.
